Amanda Kelly is an effective and dynamic Salon & Day Spa entrepreneur, with over 30 years of high-end client spa and beauty experience. She has strong marketing skills with emphasis on transformational messaging and product positioning to drive high growth. In her latest venture she founded Amanda Kelly Studios and is responsible for driving sales and marketing for this salon in the Central Business District. With a focus on growing the company’s sales through direct client outreach, referrals, and B2C marketing channels, Amanda has grown the salon’s Revenue by 258% since the salons initial opening. She was instrumental in determining the ideal location based on area demographics and oversaw the complete buildout and transformation of the current space. Amanda has an outstanding track record of more than 30 years that includes high-profile leadership positions in organizations such as Mitchel's and Identity Salons where she held both individual contributor and artistic director positions. She personally launched three successful business start- ups including Aspen Salon and Day Spa in Montgomery which was later acquired by the Identity Salon Group. She has a strong background providing full scope management of high-end Salon’s and Day Spa facilities. Amanda’s strong record of executing engaging go-to-market strategies while leveraging compelling messaging that yields a rapid launch and start-up of newly founded salons. Amanda understands and utilizes quantitative analysis and technology to measure KPI’s to help drive results in a consistent methodology that has been proven over multiple launches and locations. In addition to her primary job functions, Amanda has been recognized by celebrity clients around the country and is one of the top beauty consultants to the Stars. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
